Established in 1999, Nanjing Tianyi (TY) is a specialized manufacturer of automobile parts such as
ignition coils, ignition cable sets, insulating sleeve and
resistor for spark plug. Located in Dongping Industrial Park of
Lishui County in Nanjing, just 10, 0.5 and 1 kilometers away from
Nanjing Lukou International Airport, Jiangsu Yanjiang Highway
and Ninghang Highway individually，TY enjoy convenient access
to major transportation networks.
The company occupies about 17,350 square meters area and owns many
advanced facilities. In the factory, workshops for rubber boot and
subassembly, resistor, ignition coil, non-framed coil and molding
are all established.
The rubber boot and subassembly workshop adopts rubber injection
molding machine. The daily production capability has been over 100
thousand. These products are mainly applied in varieties of
automobile and motorcycle engines.
With plastic injection molding machine in the resistor workshop,
the daily capacity can reach over 80 thousand. These resistors are
mainly used in auto engines and boiler ignition system.
TY autonomously produce all components of ignition
coil, garantee long life, huge power and stable
performance by strictly quality control in each working procedure.
Nowadays, the annual production capacities of ignition coil and
ignition cable have exceeded 800 thousand and 500 thousand sets
respectively.
Non-frame coil is used for special type of relay, instrument and
meter. It has been in military enterprise for 10 years. Now the
annual output has been reached 100 thousand.
Nowadays, the factory established its own machining center, which
can develop and produce all moulds for ourselves and our customers.
Not only can production period be shortened, but also the company
can enjoy higher efficiency and more economy.
In the testing center, the company has professional equipments to
test rubber products such as IC high-voltage balance, high and low
temperature aging test box, electronic tensile-testing apparatus,
silicone hardness tester, infrared tester and salt fog tester. In
order to the quality of ignition coils, there are high-voltage
testers, stimulant ignition equipment and scientific devices for
testing coil resistance, inductance, number of turns, insulation
and short circuit.
TY export products to the Europe, North America, Middle East,
Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The company has passed the
ISO/TS16949 certification. In the spirit of honesty, the
