Description:

The conical twin screw is specially used for the extruder, matching with different standard of pipe die and auxiliary device; it is used to extrude PVC pipe, foaming and spiral pipe, etc. It adopts vacuum calibrating, water spraying cooling, pedrail hauling, automatic cutting and material discharging. Features of the production lien: automatic temperature controlling, stable performance, and easy operation. It shall be the first choice for PVC pipe production.

The pipe produced by this line can be widely used for water supply and drainage system. this production line is equipped with SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder or parallel twin screw extruder. The haul-off machine has two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw types. The cutting machine has saw cutter, no-dust cutter and planetary cutter. We also supply all kinds of PVC dies.
