1. Which Material you want to make briquette/ ball /pellet?
Our biruqtting machine can press coal, smokeless cosl, brown
coal,coal dust, charcoal, coke, carbon black powder, also mineral
powder, metal powder, Manganese,magnesium,copper,iron.Iron
oxide,aluminum oxide,clay etc.
2. The moisture of your material.
Often the moisture require is less then 13%, but sometimes the
moisture can be higher then 13%, forexample when making carbon
black or charcoal briquette.
So please tell us the moisturre of your material, our engineer will
suggest suitable dryer once you need.
3, The size of material.
The size of raw material must less then 4mm and no Metal pelllet.
if material larger then 5mm and including bigger metal pellet, we
should griding raw material and remove metal pellet first.
4. The shape and size of briquette need .
This type briquette machine can make oval, oblate and pillow shape
briquette, the size between 20-75mm. we also have other type
briquette machine can making bar, round, woold briquette, pellet
etc.
