joint venture which is set up by Jiangsu Shuguang Group Co., Ltd.,
Blue Diamond Pipe And Equipment SA(USA) and Wickander & Associates,
Inc. (USA) and the holding company is Shuguang Group.The annual
production capacity is 160000 joints of Dill Pipes, Dill Collars,
Heavy Weight Drill Pipes,Non-magnetic Drill Collars, Kellys ,Pup
Joints and others.
Other than various sizes of
Dill Collars, Integral Heavy Weight Drill Pipes, Non-magnetic Drill
Collars and Kellys, our company also produce Pup Joints, Drill Pipe
Tool Joints, Casing Head, Christmas Tree, Viper Connector and other
Drilling Tools and accessories for Oil and Gas industry.
The area of Company covers about 400000 square
meters, including 200000 square meters for workshops. The main
equipments are two modern heat treatment production lines designed
by American HIS company, one friction welding line from USA MTI
Co., one automatic inspection line from NEW TECH Co., CNC lathes,
CNC Vertical Lathes, Machining Center, OD lathes, Spiral Milling
Machines, Trepans, Straightners, Hardbanding Welders, High Torque
machine for Make up and Break down, MPT machines, UT machines and
Thread Comparator etc. We own about 100 advanced inspection
equipments in total.
Since the company started to
make Drill Pipes in the year of 1994, all kinds of products
have been used by national and international oil fields. The
quality is always very stable, and the company has got API
5DP、5CT、6A、Spec7、Spec7-1、ISO9001:2000、NS-1(Level 5)、GOST、ARNCO
Certificates, and it is also the Grade One Network Sales Supplier
of Sinopec and CNPC.
