Central distance of the roller is stepless adjustable by lead screw, so as to suitable for various diameter job. With motorized trolley, it is suitable for various length weldments.

Welding turning roll description:

• One set of welding turning roll consists of 2 parts,say, a motorized drive (power) unit & an idler supporting unit.
  
• The power unit is driven by dual heavy duty AC motors.
  
• The motor is designed according to internationally proven specifications. It ensures constant speed with outer balance load of 15%.
  
• The heavy duty tyres are designed to 90 durable hardness with high stress rubber cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
  
• Various models ranging from 2tons to 500 ton capacity, higher models are custom built upon request.
  
• The DC electronic function or inverter comes with a remote control panel / operator pendant with interlocking reversing systems operating at temperatures in excess of 60%.
