1. Uses the frequency conversion velocity modulation, touch screen (HMI) and the PLC programmable control system, a high degree of automation, operating more clear and simple.
2. Step controlled by servo motor trips, easy to adjust travel scope, and convenient to change mold.
3. Photoelectric control, the machine will beep alarm automatically while lack of PVC or paper card.
4. The machine can be divided into three parts for easier transportation and movement.
5. Comply with the GMP requirements of the pharmaceutical with smooth appearance and easily to be cleaned.
6. According to the customers’ requirements, we can design new molds and automatic feeders for different packaging object.

Workflow

PVC feeding→PVC heating & positive forming→Blister towing & punching→Waste material collecting→Mechanical hand picking blisters into sealing molds→Inspecting the blister→Feeding automatically or by hand→Feeding & inspecting cardboard→2times heating under high pressur→Finished products
