Product introduction: the diesel generators for the water cooled
generator, for the first time use please add enough water, oil,
diesel oil. Generators are of three-phase four-wire system, N
(black) to zero line, U, V, W (red) wire, close if with 380 V
voltage can be directly connected to three wire, if use 220 V
voltage can pick up a piece of wire a zero line. Battery connection
please note is negative, attached to the thread starter for the
anode, the following one for wire is called the cathode. Dear

Product maintenance:
1, check before starting the day.
2, engine crankcase oil consumption.
3, cooling liquid level: electric radiator and inter-cooled core
without blocking phenomenon.
4, air filter is blocked.
5, check every 50 hours.
6, storage battery, and liquid level: eliminate leakage and oil
leakage, oil leakage phenomenon.
7, every 250-300 hours: replace the engine oil, replace the oil
filter and the bypass oil filter and replace the fuel filter, when
need fuel tank oil pollution emissions, tensioning triangle tape.
8, check device and cold air cooled radiator core electric
blockage, whether to need to clean and check the air pipe and hose
connection should be no bad thing and new tighten clamp, check the
oil into the oil return of the increasing device should be no
leakage.
9, every 1200 hours, please check and adjust the valve clearance
professionals and check before the adjustment, under the engine
stop and cold every 2400 hours, please check the adjustment of fuel
injector professionals to dismantle and, by the professional
personnel to check the working state of the supercharger, and
carries on the routine inspection of engine and generator parts,
every six months, replace the coolant filter, every year, cleaning
the cooler, replace the cooling fluid.
