Main components:

Usually, this system contains: sand filter, active carbon filter, micro filter, RO system, UV sterilizer, Ozone

mixer tank.

1. sand filter:

This filter can remove the impurity in the water like silt, grain, suspended matter , etc..

2. active carbon filter:

This filter can remove the suspended matter and organic matter in the water.

3. micro filter:

This filter can remove the impurity that remains in the water, protect the RO film.

4. RO system:

This system contains: RO film, pressure vessel, frame, high pressure pump, etc. The desalting rate can

reach 99.6%.

5. UV sterilizer:

Through the UV lights, the UV ray can kill the germ.

6. Ozone mixer tank:

Through this system ,the ozone can mix with the water better, and kill the germ in the water

Description:

Reverse Osmosis is to separate water from solution after it permeates the specially made semi

transparent membrane through exerting a pressure that is higher than the osmosis pressure on the

solution . As this process is reverse to the natural permeation direction , it is called reverse osmosis .

According to different osmosis pressures of various materials , the process of reverse osmosis with a

pressure higher than the osmosis pressure can be used to reach the purposes of separation , extraction ,

purification and concentration of a certain solution . It does not need heating and there is no phase

changing process , therefore , it saves more energy than traditional process

We have one stage and two stages water pirifier . if the raw water electric conductivity is below 300us/cm , the finished water electrical conductivity via the one stage treatment Ro equipment can reach below 10us/cm , and if by the two stage , that can reach 2-3 us/cm .

The RO desalting rate is above 99% , machine desalting rate is above 97%, can effectively remove 98% organic matters , colloids ,and bacteria .
