GDUT Ultrasonic Intelligent Multipurpose Flaw Detector
GDUT-390 is an advanced digital ultrasonic testing flaw detection
instrument researched by our company. It adopts embedded computer
system and super-large scale field programmable integrated circuit
design to simulate the dynamic effect of flaw detector. Through
advanced digital processing technology and system integration
technology, it makes up the analogue display and performance that
is lacked in general digital flaw detector, and makes the dynamic
effect is smoother without hysteresis phenomenon.Through LAN
Ethernet interface, it could realize the real-time communication
with computer and mass data base storage. The high-speed USB2.0
interface and SD memory card will output the detailed test data to
computer. The newly designed intelligent application program will
make the work become more conformable through the high efficient,
automatic and clear operation logic, and intuitive user interface.
This instrument can be used to detect the various internal defects
of materials (steels, stainless steels, coppers, aluminums, hard
alloys, castings, composite materials, weld joints, etc). It can
effectively detect such defect as blow hole, crack, looseness,
inclusion and incomplete penetration. It has comprehensive function
and is practical, thus it is a real notebook digital ultrasonic
flaw detector. It is widely applied in the industry such as
manufacturing of pressure vessel, metal steel structure, ship
building, machine manufacturing, power, chemistry, petroleum
machinery, automobile, metallurgy, and colleges and universities.

Lots of standards are stored in the instrument, thus no test
specimen needs to be taken for field flaw detection.
There is large bottom and flat-bottom hole forged piece flaw
detection method inside, AVG curve can be automatically generated,
flaw detection sensitivity of forged piece can be automatically
calculated, and defect hole diameter Φ value can be displayed in a
real-time way.
Alarm function (could connect with headphone)
Color TFT LCD screen could display the dynamic color change
waveform, which makes the waveform could be observed in high
contrast from bright and direct sunlight environment to completely
dark environment.
Data output includes one USB interface, one LAN Ethernet interface
and one SD card slot, which makes data storage becomes convenient.
It is small in size (overall dimension is 220X180X50 mm) and light
in weight, it is only1.3Kg with battery. It uses imported high
energy lithium ion rechargeable battery, thus the working time can
be as long as 8 hours.
