• This is a semi automatic pulp molding production line. The production line consists of forming machine, drying line, hot-press machine.
• The formed products can be manually transferred to the drying line (or drying house) for drying; or dried by sunshine directly. After being dried, the products will be manually transferred into the hot-press machine to fix the shape.
• Products are make from paper pulp(usually it is virgin pulp). It’s high-efficiency, energy-saving, durable, wieldy and safe.
• The equipments can be allocated flexibly. One set drying production line can allocate multiple forming machines and hot-press machine.
• These machines can be applied to produce various universal industrial packages.
• There are reciprocating, turnover, single and double cylinders forming machines for client’s choice.
