Hose material:
Material is very important to hoses, we has been using good
material and better compound rubber formula to guarantee the use
time and security of hoses.
Inner tube: synthetic NBR rubber, which is the most used material for
refrigerant charging hoses.
Reinforcement: high tensile fiber braided, the fiber is usually polyester thread,
with the fiber braided reinforcement, the hose pressure can be
guaranteed.
Outer tube: synthetic SBR and PVC for its good wear resistance.
Hose Production technology:
There are some small holes on the cover when producing to help to
evacuate the gas which will protect the outer tube from bursting.

Hose Length:
For sizes 5mm, the standard length is 100m per roll. Sometimes, the
length can be 50m, 20m etc, it depends on customers' specific
requirement.
We can also produce the hose with just several meters like 1.5m, 2m
etc. These hoses in short length are fitted with connectors.
Hose colors:We produce refrigerant charging hoses with three colors: red, blue,
yellow. These three colors are the standard colors in the markets.
And these three colors hoses are always used together to convey the
refrigerants.
Hose Pressure:
The working pressure for this hose is 500psi, 600psi, 800psi and
the corrosponding burst pressures are 2500psi, 3000psi and 4000psi.
We have s set of machine to test pressure, usually testing burst
pressure. And the price will be higher with higher pressure.
Hose Application:
Refrigerant charging hose is widely used to convey refrigerant such
as R12, R22, R502 and R134a, these are auto refrigeration,
air-conditioning, industrial refrigerators etc.
