Established in 2020, Tiantian Xiangshang Automotive Sealing Products Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a forward‑thinking enterprise dedicated to the research, development, and production of high‑quality sealing solutions for the global automotive industry. Headquartered in a strategically located industrial zone with convenient access to major logistics networks, our company has quickly gained recognition for precision engineering, reliable performance, and customer‑centric service.

Despite being a relatively young player, we have assembled a team of seasoned engineers and technical experts who bring decades of combined experience in material science, gasket design, and manufacturing process optimization. Our core product portfolio includes cylinder head gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, oil pan seals, and custom‑shaped composite seals for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles. We primarily work with tinplate, multi‑layer steel (MLS), and advanced fiber‑reinforced composites, ensuring our products withstand extreme temperatures, high cylinder pressures, and aggressive chemical environments.

At the heart of our operation lies a modern production facility equipped with high‑precision stamping presses, CNC trimming machines, and automated coating lines. We implement strict quality control at every stage – from incoming raw material inspection to final dimensional verification using digital calipers and optical measurement systems. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our pursuit of international certifications, including compliance with UL94 V‑0 flame retardancy standards, UL60950‑1 safety requirements, and DIN dimensional specifications. We also conduct rigorous thermal cycling, pressure pulse, and corrosion resistance tests to guarantee long‑term durability.

Our production capacity currently exceeds 500,00 pieces per month, with flexible lead times and the ability to handle both OEM volume orders and aftermarket small‑batch requests. We serve a diverse client base across Asia, Europe, and North America, and we pride ourselves on responsive technical support and collaborative product development. We work closely with customers to optimize gasket designs for specific engine platforms, reducing assembly issues and enhancing sealing efficiency.

Looking ahead, Tiantian Xiangshang is committed to sustainable manufacturing practices, investing in energy‑efficient machinery and waste reduction programs. We aim to become a preferred global partner for automotive sealing solutions by continuously innovating materials, improving process stability, and delivering exceptional value. Our motto – “Progress Every Day” – drives us to exceed expectations, build lasting partnerships, and contribute to safer, cleaner, and more reliable vehicles worldwide. We warmly welcome inquiries and look forward to powering your engine performance with our sealing expertise.
