Multilayer PCB

Our multilayer PCB ranges from 4 layers to 48 layers, adopting reliable substrates including KB6061, S1141, S1000 and IT180.

We support customizable finished thickness from 0.3mm to 6.0mm, copper thickness from 0.5OZ to 6OZ. Available solder mask colors: green, white, blue and red; silk screen color: white or black.

Surface treatment options: Immersion Gold, OSP, HASL. Minimum trace and space can reach 3mil.
Custom special structures such as countersink holes, controlled impedance are available.
Widely applied in consumer electronics, communication, industrial control and server products.
We comply with IPC standards, provide Gerber check, rapid prototype and mass production.
