Precision Digital Printer Base – HP

Syris Precision Printer Base – HP

Syris manufactures precision printer base structures for HP, providing the core mechanical platform that supports high-precision printing operations in HP's large-format printing equipment.

Each base features a long-span precision-machined structural frame, mounted on a robust mobile stand with lockable casters for stability and ease of repositioning. The design integrates a linear guide rail system running the full length of the unit, ensuring smooth, accurate, and repeatable carriage movement — critical for maintaining print precision across large working widths.

Key features include:

• Precision-fabricated long-frame structure — engineered for rigidity and dimensional accuracy over extended lengths
• Integrated linear motion system — supporting smooth, high-precision carriage travel
• Mobile stand with caster wheels — enabling stable support with flexible positioning and mobility
• Electronic control module integration — pre-installed control boxes and wiring for direct system integration
• Multi-unit production capability — consistent quality and repeatability across simultaneous production runs, as shown by the multiple units manufactured in parallel

Through precision fabrication and rigorous quality control, Syris supports HP's large-format printing equipment production with structurally sound, high-accuracy printer base platforms — ensuring consistent performance and reliability in HP's final printing systems.
