Our High Modulus Low Shrinkage (HMLS) Polyester Dipped Soft Cord is
manufactured from premium polyester industrial filament, utilizing
precise multi-strand twisting and advanced dipping technology.
Unlike ordinary polyester cords, this soft cord features ultra-low
dry heat shrinkage, stable structural modulus, and extremely low
elongation under fixed load, effectively solving the deformation
and shrinkage problems of traditional reinforcement materials
during high-temperature operation.
After professional dipping treatment, the cord surface forms a
uniform adhesive layer that provides excellent bonding performance
with various rubber materials. It boasts outstanding breaking
strength, stable mechanical properties, and excellent fatigue
resistance, maintaining stable structural performance under
long-term repeated stretching and high-temperature environments.
With soft texture and neat strand structure, it facilitates weaving
and rubber compound fitting, significantly improving the overall
structural stability and pressure resistance of finished rubber
products.
This product covers the complete 1100dtex series
multi-specification structures, meeting the reinforcement demands
of different industrial rubber products. It is widely used as the
core skeleton material for high-pressure rubber hoses, heavy-duty
conveyor belts, and engineering rubber accessories, serving as a
high-performance alternative to ordinary polyester and nylon
reinforcement cords.
