mechanical design, equipment manufacturing, installation,
commissioning and maintenance, and personnel training. Customized
solutions can also be provided according to specific customer

Since 2000, the company has been dedicated to the environmental
protection field of waste tire recycling. It highly values the
introduction of highly qualified personnel,
industry-university-research cooperation with higher education
institutions, and standardized management of intellectual property
rights. The company's R&D team independently developed a
technology for producing fine rubber powder from waste tires at
room temperature. In 2004, this breakthrough overcame the global
challenge of producing fine rubber powder from recycled waste tires
at room temperature. This technology can comprehensively address
the "black pollution" caused by waste tires, extracting valuable
resources and generating significant economic and social benefits.
This technology has obtained multiple independent national patents,
and our company, with its strong technical capabilities, has become
a drafting and formulating unit for national industry standards
(GB/T 26963.1-2011, GB/T 26963.2-2011, GB/T 26731-2011). In 2013,
we were recognized as a Guangdong Provincial High-Tech Enterprise.
Currently, the company has obtained ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001,
EU CE, and GMC global manufacturer certifications, among other
domestic and international certifications. We have a dedicated
plant for a demonstration production line with an annual processing
capacity of 10,000 tons of waste tires, a research and development
center, and equipment manufacturing and assembly workshops. We are
capable of producing waste tire recycling production lines with
annual processing capacities of 2,000 tons, 3,000 tons, 5,000 tons,
10,000 tons, and 20,000 tons. Our waste tire ambient temperature
fine rubber powder production line features a small footprint,
requires fewer operators, is automated, highly stable, reliable,
cost-effective, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly. It
passed the Guangdong Provincial High-Tech Product Certification in
2012, and its quality has gained widespread recognition from
customers both domestically and internationally.
