J30 Series Micro-Rectangular Electrical Connector
The J30 Series Micro-Rectangular Electrical Connector is a compact, lightweight, and high-density interconnect product
designed in accordance with GJB2446. The male contacts adopt elastic stranded pins, commonly known as twist-pin contacts, which provide stable contact pressure, reliable electrical
continuity, and excellent connection performance in miniaturized
electrical circuit systems.
With a 1.27 mm contact pitch, this series achieves high-density contact arrangement while
maintaining a small and lightweight connector structure. The
product uses a plastic housing and is equivalent to the U.S. MD series, making it suitable for applications requiring compact dimensions,
standardized structure, and reliable signal transmission.
The J30 Series is available in seven specifications, ranging from 9 pins to 51 pins, allowing flexible selection according to different circuit
density and equipment design requirements. Modified rear-end
structures are available for printed circuit board applications,
supporting more convenient integration into PCB-based systems.
This connector series is mainly used for reliable electrical
interconnection between internal system cables, between cables and
printed circuit boards, and between printed circuit boards. It is
especially suitable for applications that require high-density
wiring, lightweight equipment design, miniaturized structure, and
dependable performance under vibration and shock conditions.
