This robot vision feeding system combined with flexible vibratory feeders is widely applied for automatic sorting, positioning and high-speed pick-and-place of small, thin, special-shaped and easily damaged parts. It perfectly adapts to multi-variety, small-batch and mixed production modes, eliminating the need for custom tooling and traditional rigid vibration bowls. With Delta robot collaboration and visual positioning, it realizes fully unmanned feeding in complex working conditions.
