precision pressure regulating valve, equipped with digital pressure
gauge;
The air pressure regulation is placed in the Z-axis position, which
is intuitive and can be directly adjusted. The humanized design

the setting to prevent the glue valve port from curing and
affecting the coating effect.

1, Production operation specifications
Before starting up, check that the power supply, gas source, and
pipelines are intact and maintain standard working pressure. Start
up the no-load trial run, calibrate the visual positioning and
spraying trajectory, and ensure that the three-axis operation is
normal and the accuracy meets the standard before mass production.
It is prohibited to open protective doors or touch moving parts
during equipment operation, and unauthorized modification of
system, trajectory, and coating thickness parameters is strictly
prohibited. Different coatings (UV glue, three proof paint) need to
switch corresponding process modes, and parameter mixing is
prohibited to prevent defects such as missed coating and glue
overflow.
2, Production environment requirements
The equipment should be placed in a dry, clean, and ventilated
dust-free workshop, away from high temperatures, humidity, dust,
and corrosive environments, to avoid contaminating the lens and
valve body and affecting the spraying accuracy. The temperature and
humidity in the workshop must comply with the process standards to
prevent abnormal glue curing and moisture absorption of the boards.
The equipment should be placed horizontally and stably, with
reserved space for heat dissipation and maintenance. It is
forbidden to tilt or press the body heavily.
3, Consumables and Material Usage Standards
Choose compliant and genuine three proof paint and UV glue, and
strictly prohibit the use of expired, deteriorated, or impurity
containing coatings to prevent clogging of the spray valve. Before
replacing the glue, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the glue
supply pipeline and valve body to avoid mixing and deterioration of
the glue. Enable soaking and liquid dispensing functions during
homework intervals to prevent valve nozzle from drying up and
blocking; Long term shutdown requires clearing the pipeline
adhesive and ensuring proper sealing protection.
4, Daily maintenance and upkeep
Clean the equipment surface, workbench, and waste liquid recovery
device of residual glue and dust after daily completion to keep the
equipment clean. Regularly inspect core components such as filter
cartridges, pressure regulating valves, transmission modules, servo
motors, etc., and replace damaged parts in a timely manner.
Regularly lubricate and maintain the screw rod and guide rail,
prohibit collision with precision components, and calibrate the
visual alignment system to ensure selective coating and precise
avoidance.
5, Precautions for safety and assembly line adaptation
When connecting equipment to SMT assembly lines, it is necessary to
match the running rhythm of the front and rear equipment to prevent
PCB transmission lag and collision. If the equipment experiences
abnormalities such as alarm, abnormal noise, and trajectory
deviation, it should be immediately shut down and powered off for
troubleshooting. It is prohibited to operate with faults. Only
professional personnel are allowed to operate the equipment, and
non professional personnel are strictly prohibited from debugging
and dismantling. Regularly inspect the exhaust system to ensure
ventilation meets standards and ensure the safety of workshop
operations.
