1.Material: This reflector housing is manufactured from high-grade thermally stable engineering polymers (such as PC or heat-resistant ABS), offering superior UV and thermal aging resistance. This ensures no deformation or yellowing under the high-temperature conditions of continuous lighting operation. The material surface features excellent coating compatibility, supporting high-vacuum plating or spraying processes to achieve optimal optical reflection efficiency and uniform light distribution.

The mold cavities are processed via high-precision CNC and mirror polishing to ensure smooth de-molding and flash-free edges. Our expertise in thin-wall injection molding ensures a seamless fit with heat sinks and light sources while optimizing material efficiency.
