Description:
Electronic queue management systems can effectively manage your
customers’ wait times whether you have a physical line, or want to
create a virtual line. Your customers will know they are in a fair
“first come, first served” situation, and their wait times will be
reduced.
The single-line queuing system works with a traditional
post-and-retractable-belt line management system. Customers are
called to a check-out station whenever a cashier presses a button.
With the virtual queue management system, customers are given a
ticket upon arrival. The customer can browse or relax while they
wait. There is no physical line.
