Visual Automatic Detection
The laser vision marking machine is based on an ordinary laser
marking machine, with the addition of an industrial vision system
(camera + image processing software). It can visually identify the
position, angle, and direction of the workpiece, automatically
adjust the marking path, and achieve accurate, efficient, and
flexible marking. It is suitable for complex, changeable, and
small-batch precision manufacturing scenarios.
Feature:
The product is placed in the marking area manually or automatically
(no precise positioning is required).
The visual system takes a photo to identify the feature points,
mark points or contours on the product.
The software algorithm compares the set model and automatically
calibrates the position, angle, scaling offset and other errors of
the product.
The laser control system receives the visual correction results and
dynamically adjusts the marking path.
The marking operation is completed accurately and the marking
position is accurate.
