Is engineer available to serve overseas?
Yes, but travel fees are the customer's responsibility. To save
costs, we provide detailed machine installation videos and offer
comprehensive remote assistance.
How can we ensure machine quality after placing the order?
Before delivery, we provide photos and videos for quality
verification. You may also arrange quality checking through your
contacts or third-party agencies in China.
We are concerned about payment security and machine delivery?
We provide business licenses and certificates, and utilize Trade
Assurance service to guarantee payment security, on-time delivery,
and machine quality.
Can you explain the transaction process?

- Arrange 30% deposit to our factory
- Factory arranges production
- Testing & detecting the machine before shipping
- Inspection by customer or third agency through online or site test
- Arrange balance payment before shipment
Will you provide delivery service?
Yes. Please provide your final destination, and we will check with
our shipping agent to quote a shipping cost for your reference
before delivery.
