1. Cutting & Forming
Steel materials are precisely cut and bent using professional
machines, with dimensional tolerance ≤±0.5mm.
C/U-shaped cold-formed sections are shaped via roll-forming to
ensure cross-section consistency with design.
2. Welding Process
Critical joints (main beams, columns) are welded automatically,
achieving ≥3mm penetration depth and ISO 5817-B grade.
Post-weld inspections: Ultrasonic Testing (UT) or Magnetic Particle
Testing (MT) to eliminate cracks/voids.
3. Hole Machining
Actuator/motor mounting holes are laser-cut, with hole diameter
tolerance ≤±0.2mm for precise assembly.
