Wetting and leveling Agent DR-4900 is an unstable foam-type wetting
and leveling additive with a special structure, provides excellent
substrate wettability, defoaming properties, and prevents leveling
shrinkage holes.

Characteristics:
When used in water-based coatings or water-based inks, it can
promote pigment wetting and dispersion, prevent pigment
flocculation, thereby improving the storage stability of
formulations, and enhance gloss and coloring ability.
When used in non-aqueous systems, it can effectively improve system
flowability, enhance coating leveling, and to some extent balance
the static and dynamic surface tension of the system, improving the
coating performance.
Recommended dosage and usage method:
It can be added in the form of the original product or a
pre-diluted solution. Pre-diluting with the recommended solvent can
simplify the addition and mixing process. Dosage: 0.2-2% based on
the total formula.
Application:
It is widely used and safe and effective. However, the dosage and
foaming stability should be determined through experiments before
use. This additive is recommended for all water-based and
solvent-based coatings, inks, and some radiation-curable systems.
Packaging and storage :
25kg /drum or 200kg/ drum; The shelf life of unopened products is
24 months.
Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated
place, away from fire and heat sources. It should be kept
moisture-proof, protected from direct sunlight, and prevent
contamination from strong acids, strong alkalis, and rain.
