- The M3015A is a Measurement Server Extension. It is primarily used
to connect to a Multi-Measurement Server to provide additional
monitoring parameters.
- Within the M3015A, the "Press/Temp" board is the built-in invasive
pressure and temperature monitoring hardware.
- Function: It can monitor invasive pressure parameters such as
arterial blood pressure (ABP) and central venous pressure (CVP), as
well as blood or body cavity temperature.
- Hardware Composition: The M3015A internally includes a pressure
sensor and temperature measurement circuitry.
- Note: The M3015A is an "enhanced" version of the M3012A, adding a
CO2 interface and microfluidic technology components to the
existing Press/Temp hardware.
"Press/Temp" refers to the invasive pressure and temperature
monitoring hardware built into this expansion unit.
- Function: It can monitor invasive pressure parameters such as
arterial blood pressure (ABP) and central venous pressure (CVP), as

to extract gas samples from the patient's respiratory tract for
analysis.
- Electrical Interface: This interface also provides heating for the
sampling line (to prevent condensation blockage) and data
transmission functionality.
