Working Principle

Hot air enters the drying chamber from the bottom at a precisely regulated velocity, creating a strong rotating airflow with self-cleaning wall action. Material is fed continuously by a servo-controlled screw feeder into the drying chamber, where the high-speed rotating agitator (variable-frequency drive with closed-loop speed control) impacts, shears and micronizes the material for full contact with hot air. Dried powder passes through a classification ring with automatically adjustable vanes and is collected by a cyclone separator and bag filter, with all process variables continuously logged.
