SITRANS LCS100 is a versatile point level switch designed for
detecting level in liquids, solids, slurries, foam, and interface
applications. Its compact design makes it ideal for confined
spaces, with options for plastic or stainless steel process
connections and flexible rod/cable probe extensions.
SITRANS LCS100 offers flexible insertion lengths starting at 92 mm
(3.6 inches) and provides versatile performance in various
applications across vessels and pipes. Its advanced design ensures
accurate, repeatable switchpoint performance.
The PPS probe (optional PVDF) and optional PEEK materials provide
excellent chemical resistance with an operating temperature range
from -40 to +125°C (-40 to +257°F). The fully potted design ensures
reliability in vibrating environments like agitated tanks. When
used with SensGuard protection cover, the LCS100 is protected from
shearing, impact, and abrasion in demanding processes.
Available with stainless steel or polyester enclosures and
stainless steel or PPS process connection options.
