Applications

The Pointek CLS300 digital version provides standalone operation with an integral LCD display and PROFIBUS PA communication (Profile version 3.0, Class B). Its robust design is specifically engineered for heavy solids applications in abrasive environments such as mining operations.

The fully potted electronics provide immunity to condensation, dust, and vibration. Wetted components utilize stainless steel with PFA shielding for chemical resistance, while high-temperature versions employ ceramic and stainless steel construction. The unique Active Shield technology effectively suppresses interference from material accumulation or extended installation nozzles.

The modular design offers extensive configuration options, process connections, extensions, and certifications to meet specific application requirements for temperature and pressure, simplifying ordering and reducing inventory needs.
