High Precision Dynamic 5 Axis Simulation Turntable High Performance HWIL Testing And Evaluation Flight Motion Simulator
A five-axis simulation turntable can simulate various attitudes of an aircraft in its working environment, realistically reproducing the relevant mechanical characteristics during actual flight. It is mainly used for space attitude simulation motion experiments of inertial components, possessing high dynamic response capabilities, large loads, positions, rates, sinusoidal oscillations, and five-axis linkage simulation functions . It can be used for semi-physical simulation experiments of airborne optoelectronic systems.
Its mechanical structure mainly includes a three-axis turntable simulating the attitude motion of an aircraft and a dual-axis turntable simulating the relative motion of a target. Each axis has position, rate, swing, and simulation functions, providing a simulated motion environment for loads such as aircraft, seekers, and target simulators. The three-axis turntable adopts an O-U-T structure to simulate the three degrees of freedom of rotation of an aircraft: roll, yaw, and pitch. The dual-axis turntable adopts an O-U structure to realize the two degrees of freedom of rotation: azimuth and pitch, simulating the relative motion (pitch and yaw line-of-sight angle) between the aircraft and the target .
