Product Description
This assembly is a compact SATA data and power connector harness designed to route high-speed signal and low-voltage power from a small PCB connector to multiple Serial ATA devices. A white multi-pin housing mates
with a board-mounted header, while red SATA cables and color-coded power wires fan out to right-angle SATA plugs, simplifying wiring in slim PC
cases and 1U/2U server chassis.
Stranded tinned-copper conductors and precision-formed terminals ensure stable 6 Gb/s transmission and low contact resistance. Right-angle SATA connectors reduce stress on the drive sockets and help with tight-space
routing along HDD cages or DVR enclosures. The harness can be
tailored for different pinouts, lengths, and device counts,
supporting OEM customization for storage systems, industrial recorders and other electronic equipment.

Applications
Connecting two SATA HDD / SSD from a controller board or backplane
with a single PCB header
Space-saving internal wiring in desktop PCs, compact workstations
and rack-mount servers
SATA cabling for DVR / NVR, data-logging and industrial monitoring
systems
Custom storage modules or external drive cages where neat, bundled wire cable routing is required
Embedded boards that need an integrated data-and-power connector harness instead of separate loose cables
Precautions
Verify the PCB header pin definition for both data and power lines before installation; incorrect mapping of pins may damage drives or the controller board.
Ensure total current on the power wires does not exceed the rated
value of the harness and the PCB terminals.
Avoid sharp bends near the right-angle SATA connectors and secure the cables to prevent vibration or pulling forces.
Keep the assembly away from hot components and sharp metal edges to
protect insulation and maintain long-term reliability.
Variants with additional SATA outputs, different pitch headers, shielded cables or automotive-grade materials can be
supplied for project and batch orders.
