Product Description
This compact SATA 15Pin to 4Pin connector adapter allows a modern SATA power rail to drive legacy 4Pin peripheral
devices without extra wire cable assemblies. Precision-formed copper alloy terminals provide low-resistance power transmission for 5 V and 12 V circuits, supporting hard drives, case fans,
pumps and other low-voltage electronic loads.
The SATA side mates with any standard PSU or backplane SATA power
socket, while the 4Pin side presents a familiar peripheral female connector using 4.20 mm pitch power pins. A rigid one-piece housing saves space compared to traditional
cable adapters and improves mechanical stability in dense PC, server or embedded systems.
This adapter can be used as a quick field solution or integrated
into custom assemblies where a SATA power source must feed older
devices or PCB terminals built around 4Pin interfaces. OEM customization is available for different markings, housing colors and special
packaging for industrial or automotive distribution.

Applications
Adapting SATA power outputs to 4Pin connectors for HDD/SSD, optical
drives or legacy peripherals
Providing additional 4Pin power points for fans, pumps and LED
light strips in desktop and workstation builds
Space-saving power conversion inside 1U/2U server chassis and compact industrial controllers
Lab and test setups where SATA rails are used as convenient
low-voltage electrical sources for prototype PCBs
Retrofit and repair of equipment that mixes SATA-based PSUs with
older 4Pin power standards
Precautions
Check the PSU load capability before adding multiple devices
through one adapter; avoid exceeding the rated current of the SATA
rail and 4Pin terminals.
Confirm correct orientation when inserting the SATA and 4Pin connectors; forced mating may damage the housing or pins.
This adapter is designed for power lines only and not for
high-speed data signal transmission.
Use in clean, dry environments; contamination of contacts will
reduce conductivity and may cause overheating.
For projects requiring cabling, angled housings or integration with
other power connector types, customized versions can be supplied for volume orders.
