5754 is a non-heat-treatable aluminum-magnesium alloy widely used
in automotive manufacturing,
particularly for body panels and structural components. It offers an excellent balance of strength,
formability, and corrosion resistance.

Common Tempers for 5754 Alloy
For automotive body panel applications, the most common tempers for
5754 aluminum are the
H2x (e.g., H22, H24, H26) or H4x series.
H22/H42: Quarter-hard. Offers good formability with moderate
strength.
H24/H44: Half-hard. This is the most typical and frequently used
temper. It provides the best
balance of strength, stiffness, and formability, making it ideal
for stamping parts like doors, hoods,
and fenders.
H26 /H46: Three-quarter-hard. Provides higher strength but with
slightly reduced formability.
Loading
1) We use fumigated wooden pallets for easy load and unload.
2) We put many desiccants in the container, to protect the cargo from
moisture
3)Even weight , keep the center of gravity low and balanced.
4)We put anti-slip blocks under the pallets to keep the product
firmly on the floor.
