Working Principle
Automatic Feeding: The outer dough (e.g., coconut dough) and
internal filling (e.g., date paste, protein filling, nut butter)
are precisely supplied via independent feeding systems.
Precise Filling & Encrusting: The core equipment accurately injects
the filling into the center of the dough and uses unique encrusting
technology to achieve perfect, uniform, and unbroken encapsulation.
Intelligent Forming & Cutting: The encrusted continuous rope of
product is automatically cut into predetermined lengths and shapes
(e.g., balls, cylinders).
Automatic Placing/Collection: The formed products are neatly placed
onto baking trays or directly conveyed to the next process (e.g.,
baking, cooling).
