1. Moist heat sterilization
Taking advantage of the strong penetrating power of steam, the wet
heat treatment of soybean meal, protein has a good denaturation effect and is relatively mild, destroying

primary structure.
2. Fungal enzyme synergy
Probiotics based on endocarboxypeptidase, pectinase and
high-yielding extracellular polysaccharide EPS,ocarboxypeptidase
decomposes macromolecules and destroys the three-dimensional
structure, which is beneficial to the pre-digestion and the
decomposition by animal enzymes, moderately fermented soy protein
and pectin are easy to swell with water (or digestive juice), and
have good rheological properties in the digestive tract, which
irritation to the intestines.
3. Low temperature drying
Soybean protein has strong swelling power and needs to avoid the
"collapse" of the external particles of the bean cake during
high-temperature heating and drying, the low-temperature hot air
