1.Introduction of Welding Wire Mesh Machine:

The welding machine is used to press the circuit wires and the cross wires together and perform welding to create a weld point.

(1) The service life of the upper contact compression spring under the rated load is more than 10,000,000 times.

(2) The main motor is equipped with a 4.0/5.5KW variable-frequency speed-regulating motor to ensure the welding pressure and speed.

(3) Utilize precision-cast wiring channels and modular installation with electrodes to ensure the accuracy of the grid.

(4) The wiring trough has an elastic reinforcement function, which effectively reduces the wear on the electrode blocks and extends the service life of the electrodes.

(5) There is a cross-wire detection device to ensure the accuracy of the cross-line breakage.
