which has strong anti-interference ability.
The PID online self-tuning algorithm achieves stable temperature
control accuracy as high as ±0.1°C.
Heat insulation structure design
The exterior sheet metal 5.0 industrial unique heat insulation
design isolates the heat from the electronic control system and the
melting cylinder.
High-precision heating integrated melting cylinder
Steel mold casting type heating melt cylinder, DuPont Teflon
electrostatic spraying technology, effectively reduces
carbonization phenomenon.
Filtration and pressure regulation system
It is equipped with a 100-mesh high-density filtration device and a
spring-type reflux valve to adjust the pressure of the glue
discharge.
Contact-type glue volume monitoring system
Immersed in the inner bucket with a temperature resistance of
230°C, the glue level sensor (WKCH1503) monitors in real time and
alerts for insufficient glue.
