Our fully digital 1600 mm wire-mesh weaving platform is offered in
two configurations: B-Type (Light-Duty) and D-Type
(Heavy-/Medium-Duty). Both use an industrial PLC system with servo
motors to precisely coordinate warp let-off and take-up, while
closed-loop tension control keeps mesh geometry stable and
repeatable.
Typical capability ranges (project-dependent): the D-Type
accurately weaves plain weaves ~10–100 mesh/inch, and the B-Type
handles plain weaves ~30–500 mesh/inch. With speeds up to 120 rpm,
digital setting of mesh count and tension makes operation intuitive
and consistent. A continuous take-up (uninterrupted doffing)
function and digital length display reduce auxiliary time and lift
overall throughput.
