1. The whole machine is a fixed column cross slide structure, with
an extra-large and stable base and a high-rigidity, large-span
herringbone column. The large basic parts are cast with
high-strength cast iron molded with high-quality resin sand to
improve rigidity and precision.
2. Fully enclosed protection, beautiful appearance, convenient
operation and maintenance.
3. Equipped with C3 grade screw, with pre-tensioning structure to
eliminate some thermal extension, self-lubricating screw bearing,
and extended service life.
4. High-speed spindle unit, front-end maze design and air curtain
protection to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle
bearing.
5. Adopt 24-tool arm-type tool magazine, reliable quality and
stable performance.
6. Screw row cutting, water tank front design is humanized and
efficient, and the double-layer filtration system ensures the
quality of cutting fluid.
