compressed by the turbocharger, its temperature rises
significantly, and its density decreases. The intercooler cools
this hot air through heat dissipation, thereby increasing air
density and intake volume, which enhances engine power.
2.Heat Exchange Efficiency Optimization
The intercooler features an advanced cooling fin design. It directs
the compressed air through numerous small tubes while ambient cold
air from the front of the vehicle flows over fins connected to
these tubes, effectively cooling the compressed air. This design
can typically provide an additional 5%-10% power increase.
