What is 3 Strand Polypropylene Rope?

3 Strand Polypropylene Monofilament Fibre Rope is made of entirely of polypropylene.It can withstand extreme temperatures, bad weather, ultraviolet light, chemicals, oil ,wear and tear. Important Considerations

• Stretch: Polysteel has low to moderate stretch. It has much less stretch than nylon but a little more than polyester. For applications requiring significant shock absorption (like a dock line for a large boat in rough water), nylon is often preferred.

• Heat Sensitivity: Like all synthetic ropes, Polysteel can be damaged by high heat and friction. Avoid letting it run over sharp edges at high speed.

• Stiffness: While manageable, it can be stiffer than equivalent braided ropes, especially in larger diameters.
