CA6180 Professional Manual Turning Machines Horizontal Lathe for Metal Procession
This series of lathes is suitable for machining shafts and threaded parts, as well as turning outer diameters, end faces, conical surfaces, knurling, and forming curved surfaces. It can also perform drilling and oil groove machining. The workpiece undergoes continuous rotation, allowing the cutting tool to cut without interruption, greatly improving production efficiency. The bed is wider and more rigid than ordinary lathes, and the guideways are made using a high-frequency quenching process, making them durable, wear-resistant, and less prone to deformation. This machine tool is simple to operate and easy to master. The structure and transmission rigidity of this machine tool are both superior to those of ordinary lathes.
