The T-series cabinet is a fully enclosed, intelligent, and flexible
outdoor cabinet that we have launched. The cabinet adopts an open
frame structure similar to "Lego bricks". It easily allows for
spatial expansion and improved heat dissipation capabilities both
upward and to the side of the cabinet, helping customers quickly
and cost-effectively expand and upgrade existing network equipment,
and continuously unlock the value of the site.
Product Introduction
The T series cabinet is a fully enclosed, intelligent, and flexible
outdoor cabinet that we have launched. The cabinet adopts an open
frame structure similar to "Lego bricks". It easily facilitates
space expansion and heat dissipation improvement both upward and on
the sides of the cabinet, helping customers quickly and
cost-effectively expand and upgrade existing network equipment, and
continuously unlock the value of the site. At the same time, it is
equipped with an intelligent power system, enabling intelligent
management of site security, operational status, batteries, and
more. Currently, there are products such as T100/T300/T500,
covering various application scenarios of small, medium, and large
copper wire/OLT/wavelength division equipment, meeting installation
requirements such as wall-mounted/pole-mounted/seated/elevated
installation.
• Smooth evolution: The framework structure and modular design
facilitate quick and convenient on-site cabinet combination,
allowing for continuous expansion of cabinet space. For instance,
by combining a battery cabinet on the left side of the cabinet and
adding a Topbox on the top, it is possible to extend backup power
time and expand business capacity, meeting the increasing demand
for site penetration
• Safe and reliable: The cabinet features a sealed design with an
IP55 rating, effectively isolating it from harmful external dust
and corrosive gases. With a maximum lightning protection of 60KA,
it ensures greater safety for outdoor applications, reducing
equipment damage and maintenance costs
• Green energy efficiency: The industry-leading internal and
external heat exchange natural cooling design effectively reduces
site energy consumption. By replacing the enhanced cooling module,
the cooling capacity of the cabinet can be upgraded, supporting the
evolution of equipment inside the cabinet towards higher density
and faster business operations.
• Ultra-quiet: The fully enclosed design not only enhances
equipment reliability but also achieves excellent sound insulation,
with an average noise level 10dBA lower than the industry average,
providing greater flexibility in site selection.
• One-stop installation: The T series outdoor cabinet is shipped
with integrated host equipment, MDF, ODF, power distribution
equipment, batteries, battery heating plates, enhanced cooling
modules, and cabinet fans, etc. It can be directly installed upon
arrival at the site, eliminating the need for secondary
construction and effectively shortening the construction period.
• Intelligent Management: The T series outdoor cabinet supports
remote intelligent management, enabling intelligent operation and
maintenance of environmental temperature, access control, lightning
protection modules, and fan status information through intelligent
accessories.
Key Features
Easy spatial expansion: With a framework structure and modular
design, it allows for convenient and quick on-site cabinet
combination, enabling continuous expansion of cabinet space. For
instance, by combining a battery cabinet on the left side of the
cabinet and adding a Topbox on the top, it can extend backup power
time and facilitate business expansion, meeting the needs of
continuously increasing site penetration rates.
Heat dissipation upgradeable: By replacing the door-mounted heat
exchanger, the heat dissipation capacity of the cabinet can be
easily upgraded to support the evolution of higher density and
higher speed services for the equipment inside the cabinet.
Easy business evolution: The internal structure is flexible and
adjustable, compatible with 21/19-inch equipment. The wiring
compartment supports flexible configurations of copper-based MDF,
optical-based ODF, and mixed copper-optical MDF+ODF, easily meeting
the requirements of future network evolution.
Fully intelligent management: Through the environmental monitoring
unit and U2000 network management, it achieves visual monitoring of
cabinets and internal components; supports remote management of
cabinet electronic door locks, enhancing site security and reducing
the risk of theft at the site; supports remote detection of battery
health intelligence, with automatic prompts for replacement at the
end of the battery's life cycle, reducing maintenance costs.
Flexible power access: The cabinet supports remote power supply and
AC power supply, and has reserved diesel engine interfaces,
allowing the site to flexibly access power and breaking through the
difficulty of site power access.
Easy site selection: With a front-opening design, compared to
traditional front + side and front + rear opening designs, the
cabinet can reduce maintenance area by 45%; it also supports the
Reshell mode for splice closures, reducing site selection
difficulties.
High reliability: The cabinet features a sealed design with an IP55
