SD-2801A Lubricating grease cone penetration tester
SD-2801A cone penetration tester is designed and manufactured
according to the technical requirements and relevant regulations of
the People's Republic of China standard GB/T269 "Grease and
petroleum grease cone penetration determination method". It is
mainly suitable for testing the cone penetration of grease.
Needle penetration refers to the depth at which a standard cone
(usually carrying a total load of 150 grams, but with regulations
of 100 grams) sinks into a lubricating grease sample held at 25 ℃
within 5 seconds. The unit is 1/10 millimeter. The greater the
penetration, the softer the lubricating grease, that is, the lower
the viscosity; On the contrary, it indicates that the harder the
lubricating grease is, the greater its viscosity. The penetration
measurement of asphalt does not use a standard cone but a standard
pointed needle with a load capacity of 100 grams.

by adjusting the knob

operation.
