A: We have a large inventory in stock; for products in stock, the
delivery time is 3 days, and for products that need to be
manufactured, it takes 7-15 days.
Q: Do you provide samples? Are they free of charge, or is there an
additional cost?
A: Yes, we can provide free samples for products in stock. We can
send you 4 or 5 free samples for quality testing. You only need to
pay for the shipping costs. For custom projects, there will be a
mold fee.
Q: Can we start with a small order as a trial order?
A: Yes, we welcome trial orders.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 50% in advance and 50% before delivery. If the order amount is
less than $5,000, the payment is required in full in advance.
