Structural Components
1. Actuator (Top brown component)
This is a pneumatic diaphragm actuator. It uses compressed air
pressure changes to push an internal diaphragm, which in turn moves
the valve stem, providing power for valve regulation. Its compact
design, fast response, and precise execution of control commands
are key features.
2. Valve Positioner (Middle black component)
This is a pneumatic valve positioner that converts electrical
signals (e.g., 4-20mA) from the control system into pneumatic
signals, precisely controlling the actuator's movement. The
adjacent pressure gauge monitors the input and output air pressure
to ensure regulation accuracy; the display screen or debugging
interface on the positioner allows for parameter setting and status
monitoring.
3. Valve Body (Lower brown component)
This is a single-seat valve body with a straight-through flow
design. The medium flows in from one side, and after adjustment of
the gap between the valve core and seat, flows out from the other
side. The valve body is marked "DN100" to indicate a nominal
diameter of 100mm, "16" to indicate a nominal pressure of 16bar,
and "WCB" to indicate that the valve body is made of carbon steel.
It is suitable for regulating media in general industrial
applications such as petroleum, chemical, and power industries.
