Ductile iron round rainwater grate (also known as rainwater grate
or rainwater manhole cover grate) is an infrastructure component

Manufacturing Process
1.Material smelting
Use medium frequency electric furnace or cupola to melt
high-quality pig iron and scrap steel, and add spheroidizing agent
(magnesium or rare earth alloy) for spheroidizing treatment.
2.Casting
Use sand mold or resin sand mold casting process to cast the blank
of round grate.
3.Surface treatment
Sand blasting or shot blasting to remove surface oxide scale, and
then apply anti-corrosion coating (such as asphalt paint or epoxy
resin).
4.Inspection and assembly
Strict inspection of the appearance, size and load-bearing capacity
of the grate to ensure that the product meets the standards.
