Performance characteristics
High strength: tensile strength ≥420MPa, yield strength ≥300MPa, can withstand
large loads (such as D400 grade can withstand about 40 tons of
load), not easy to deform and damage, suitable for frequent vehicle
traffic scenes.
Good toughness: The impact value is similar to that of medium carbon steel, more
than 10 times that of gray iron materials, not easy to break under
impact, and has advantages in dealing with road vehicle crushing
and accidental collisions.
Strong corrosion resistance: In the water spray corrosion test, the corrosion amount in 90 days
is only 1/40 of steel pipes and 1/10 of gray iron pipes. The
service life is long, which is 2 times that of gray iron pipes and
5 times that of ordinary steel pipes. It is suitable for humid and
acid-base corrosive environments (such as sewage wells).
Anti-theft: often equipped with anti-theft devices (such as bolt fixing,
special locks) to prevent theft or illegal opening and ensure the
safety of underground facilities.
Aesthetics and adaptability: The square design can be coordinated with the surrounding
environment (such as sidewalks, community roads), the surface can
be anti-slip treated (square patterns, etc.) to enhance the safety
of pedestrians and vehicles, and can also be customized according
to the size of the wellhead (such as 500×500mm, 800×800mm, etc.).
