Working principle
The dust-free feeding station achieves clean and efficient powder
and granular material feeding through a core design of enclosure,
negative pressure, and filtration. Its operation begins in a sealed
chamber where the materials are fed in, effectively preventing dust
from escaping at the source. Simultaneously, an internal fan is
continuously running, creating a stable micro-negative pressure
within the chamber, which can effectively suppress and collect the
dust that is raised. The dusty airflow is purified by an efficient
filter before being discharged. The intercepted dust is returned to
the feeding hopper under the action of the pulse cleaning system,
and all the materials are safely transported to the downstream
process through the bottom outlet, ensuring the entire process
effectively controls dust and maintains the cleanliness of the
environment and the materials.
