Product Overview
The Altistart 48 soft start/soft stop device is a controller with 6
thyristors used for torque control soft start and stop of
three-phase asynchronous motors. It provides soft start and
deceleration functions, as well as machine and motor protection
functions, and communication with the control system. It operates
at a rated power supply voltage of 230V to 415V AC, with a rated
current of up to 210A. The Altistart 48 torque control can start
without mechanical stress and smoothly control hydraulic conversion
through a single acceleration ramp, making adjustments fast and
simple regardless of the load. If connected to the motor power
supply line, it is suitable for standard application motors with a
rated power of up to 110kW (400V) and harsh application motors with
a rated power of 90kW (400V). If connected to the motor delta
terminal, it is suitable for standard application motors with a
rated power of up to 160kW (400V) and harsh application motors with
a rated power of 132kW (400V).
